    it is D because 72 divided by 9 is 8 not 9

    It is D cuz when u divide 72 by 9 u get 8, not 9

    It has to be D because 72 x 9 = 8 But, in the question it shows that the answer is 9

    D, because 72 divided by 9 is 8. The answer in the equation is 9.
